Check-in

You will register your children at the KidsCamp Information Desk. If you need assistance, please ask one of our greeters.
We will need you to fill out a short registration form. Please let us know of any allergies or health concerns.

You are welcome to print the Registration Form and complete it in advance. Just bring it with you on Sunday morning. Click on the sample to the right for the Registration Form.

Security

We want KidsCamp to be a safe and secure place for your child and we take extra steps to ensure that security. All of our teachers and volunteers are given a background check before they can serve in KidsCamp. In addition, our staff will never leave a child unattended or allow a child to leave the classroom unsupervised.

At registration, each child is assigned a nametag with a unique identification number. Parents/Guardians are given an identical numbered tag. A KidsCamp greeter will show you to the classroom. Please inform the teacher of any allergies or medical concerns.
Be sure to mark all personal belongings. Stickers are provided at the information desk or in the classroom.

Sample nametags

If the parent is needed during the service, the assigned number will appear on the right hand side of the screen in the auditorium. Parents must also use this tag when picking up their child from the classroom. The teacher will not dismiss a child unless the identification tag is presented. For optimal security, there are no exceptions. If the tag is lost, proper identification will be needed to release the child.

After your child’s fourth visit to KidsCamp, a permanent nametag will be made.

Our Wellness Policy

KidsCamp asks that you keep your children at home if they exhibit any of the following:

  1. Fever
  2. Vomiting
  3. Any symptom of childhood disease such as scarlet fever, German measles, mumps, chicken pox or whooping cough
  4. Common cold- from onset through one week
  5. Sore throat
  6. Croup
  7. Any unexplained rash
  8. Any skin infection- boils, ringworm, or impetigo
  9. Pink eye or other eye infections
